Eligibility may apply if a member of your household receives benefits such as Pension Credit, Universal Credit, Income-based Jobseekers Allowance, Child Benefit, Income-related Employment & Support Allowance, Income Support, Housing Benefit, or Tax Credits (Child or Working Tax Credit). In the absence of these benefits, qualification is possible if the total annual household income is below £31,000, or if someone in the household experiences a health condition exacerbated by cold conditions.
